FAQs

Product Information

1. What is the difference between Hobby and Retail?

Answer: Hobby boxes have better odds of  pulling insert cards such as autographs, game used, serial numbered cards, etc. Hobby boxes offer the best thrill of opening up a box of cards, because the chances of you getting an awesome card are increased, than from a retail box you buy in a retail store. Some cards are exclusive to hobby boxes only.

What Is a Group Break?

***Please register for an account to be enrolled to receive emails about group breaks. ***

A group break is when a group of people split the cost of boxes or a case of a particular product. Then the hits that come out of the boxes are split up amongst the people in the group break. The names of everyone in the break, and all the teams in the sport of the box that is being broken are randomized. For example, you are in the break, and the case being broken is 2014 Panini Prizm Football.  The names of everyone that purchased a spot in the break have been randomized. Your name is second on the list. Now the teams are being randomized and the Pittsburgh Steelers are second on the list. You now receive every hit out of the case that is the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Purchasing a spot in a group break is a great alternative to get cards that you are seeking from a box or case that is too expensive to buy on your own.

Group Break Rules

**If you don't know what a group break is or still don't understand from the explanation above then please do not purchase a spot in a group break.

1. The names of everyone and the teams will be randomized on Breakers.TV before the break actually takes place. The randomized names and teams will be uploaded to YouTube along with the break itself for people who are not able to watch live. We will hit the randomizer depending on the number on the die that we roll. For example, if the die rolls a 2 then we randomize names and teams 2 times each.

2. Since I will be breaking during afternoon and night time hours, group breaks will be shipped the morning after the break.

3. Groups breaks are fun and entertaining but sometimes you might not get a card. In any group break a team can hit the jackpot and another team can do awful. It is just how the cookie crumbles sometimes. It is the luck of what team you get and what kind of cards get pulled from the boxes.

Card Rules In The Group Break

1. If a multi-team card is pulled and you own 51% of the card you get the card automatically without it being randomized. If someone does not own 51% of the card than it will be randomized.

2. Every card pulled from the break is shipped except for the standard base cards. It would take too long to sort and pack if all the base cards were shipped. Also, shipping would cost more.
