Refund policy

Refunds are accepted 15 business days after the purchase date (does not apply to special order items). Items purchased as Christmas gifts have an extension to 30 business days after the purchase date. Items can only be returned if the item is unopened and in the condition it was in when it was shipped.

Buyer pays for return shipping. We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail.

Preorders: In a case of items being damaged, the buyer has the option to get a full refund or the item replaced. We are not responsible for allocation cuts by the distributor. If your order is affected by an allocation cut, you will be refunded the total amount spent for your order, unless another option has been agreed upon.

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Prices may change on all preorders without notice. Refunds will not be given if the price decreases after you make a purchase.
